The duo

Chris Mahan and Robert Beck bring an old-soul sensibility to modern audiences. Between them they deploy guitar, clawhammer banjo, Cajun fiddle and harmonica.

The songs come from the Delta, the Texas panhandle, New Orleans and Appalachia, and from their own writing.
