The recordings, video, photographs, artwork and writing on this site belong to Chris Mahan or to the musicians, photographers and studios who made them, and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to listen, watch and share links to these pages. Please don’t download, copy, re-upload, sell or use any of it in other work, including advertising, without written permission.

Show listings

Dates, times and venues are posted in good faith but can change, sometimes at short notice. Please check with the venue before you go. Venues set their own policies on tickets, cover charges, age limits and refunds, and those are between you and the venue.

Booking requests

Sending the booking form is an inquiry, not a contract. A performance is booked only once the date, terms and price have been agreed with me directly. Please give accurate contact details so I can reply.

Using the site

Please don’t use the site or its form to send spam, harassing or unlawful messages, or try to interfere with how the site works.

Links to other sites

Links to venues, ticket sellers or social media are there for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content or how they operate.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. I do my best to keep it accurate and running, but I can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Ontario County, New York.
